Shadows of Mental Health

I bumped into an old classmate on Instagram and since it was her birthday I wanted to wish her a happy birthday and let her know that I existed. She has pictures and videos of herself cooking and serving Jamaican food. The girl says that she likes to cook and has been doing it from a young age. I am interested in the Jerk Salmon Shrimp Pepper and Rasta Pasta. Well-done Jerk Salmon Shrimp Pepper back from Jamaica and highly recommended Rasta Pasta. She cooks the meals from home with the help of her friends and sells food to the local customers. I lost my first cousin over a mindfulness shooting. His name was Donovan. He worked at the Airport for 17 years. Donovan was coming home from work to see his mom and sister. He stopped somewhere to get something to eat since the mom was sick. The sister heard gunshots multiple times and said Donovan Donovan, Can you hear me? She rushed outside and saw his brother on the floor and was taken to the hospital and pronounced dead. I cried so hard. I couldn’t believe that it was Donovan. Last year mom received a message from Donovan about having a black eye. People said that it was the same people. Donovan wasn’t the main person who they wanted since the person who they wanted was close; they messed with Donovan instead. The person who they wanted is in prison and doing his time. Donovan was staying with his uncle's house and helping him out with the rent. Donovan was good with the kids in his neighborhood. He used to talk to the kids and watched them grow up. Donovan has lived in the same community since he was a teenager. Donovan attended school that was close to home and met good classmates who also migrated from 3 world countries. His favorite class was acting where he could be himself and had  fun interacting with other people and Donovan knew how to stay in character and he used to perform for his acting class. Mom said that Donovan used to be a drama queen. Donovan was introduced to a woman by his friends and everything started okay until she started using him and took advantage of him and excessively asked him for money. Donovan had a little problem giving back money. The friends and families didn’t have a problem with it and said to be more careful with your lady friend. When it was time to  give back the money from the people he borrowed from hedoubled the money for a late fee. Donovan always wanted the family to be closer. Donovan dislikes the biological father. Donovan used to ask dad when he was going to see me and Donovan. The reason why the mom and dad are not together is because mom was young and wasn’t ready to get married. Dad followed his dreams and fought for the country and he found a new woman in his life and made kids. Donovan told mom that his wife doesn't like mom and I. Besides Donovan, the aunt was interested in seeing me. The mom friend doesn’t want her daughter to be outside late. The daughter leaves the house anytime she wants. The daughter has no respect for the mom and no examples for her little sister. The mom said that she was hanging out with the wrong friends. The mom and daughter both worked for the USPS. The mom saw the change of the daughter's behavior. The daughter was little and the mom always talked about her weight. Last time at work the daughter had something to eat and the mom didn’t have anything to eat and the mom didn’t say a word after work. Since the daughter's dad died in a motorcycle accident it has been the mom and daughter. The mom found a decent man and made a daughter together. The man is a good guy but he was wrong for trying to discipline the daughter. The mom wasn’t having it so she called the police and the police officers gave him a talk. He said that he was trying to be the acting father. One time the mom asked the daughter for some money for the rent and the daughter had the nerve to ask the mom what happened to the child support money that you were supposed to get from the man. The mom used to take the man to court and asked him for child support before he was sick. After the daughter's dad died from the motorcycle accident the mom took money from the dad and the daughter's family wasn’t happy about it. The times the daughter was locked outside the house the first person the daughter always turned to was grandma. She said that the mom was overreacting and had nothing to worry about. The daughter is in college and she has a good career at a young age. The grandma wants her grandchild to have fun and be safe. The “acting dad” stayed in his car and his mom took him back to the house. The mom was getting off him and changed the keys of the house and when the mom wanted to do something he refused. The mom and friends told him to take the vaccine’s and he said no. Vaccines are no good and the helicopters are following him and the helicopters are trying to give him the vaccines off the top of his head. The doctor noticed that the blood sugars were getting high and a good chance of having diabetes. The doctor prescribed me a prescription of Metformin. This medication is supposed to help me lower the results of having diabetes. The doctor suggested that I go to the fitness center. The people at the fitness center were rude and didn’t explain the membership correctly to me. The fitness center people said that I would have a personal trainer to work with me but didn’t say that I have to pay an extra $100 dollars to have the personal trainer to work with me all day. The only time I interact with the personal trainer is at the end of each month. You can see that in their faces they don’t like their jobs. Due to the results of going to the fitness center the blood pressure is better, the blood sugars went down and I have never seen the doctor so happy.
